Troop 911 is located on the west side of San Antonio TX.  Our primary focus is developing leaders in our youth through character development, citizenship training, and improving mental and physical fitness. 

We meet most Tuesday nights at 7:00 pm at Northwest Hills Christian Church, which is at

Scout Troop Dues 2025

Dues are only collected for Scouts and not Adults.  Please pay $150 dues, for each Scout , $50 by May 20, 2025, and the remaining balance by September 2, 2025.  Dues will be prorated for the year for new scouts.

CheddarUp fees are 3.95% + 0.95 for each Credit Card Transaction. This fee will automatically be included by CheddarUp.

This campout will be the sports Campout.  Any needed items will be relayed during the Tuesday meeting before the campout.  

We will meet for pickup at 6:00pm on Friday in the parking lot of the church.  We will return on Sunday at 1pm for pickup back at the church

• Air mattresses, cots, and wagons (will NOT be permitted)

• iPad

• Any electronics not absolutely needed

• Weapons

We will return on Saturday after the service project.

A current Medical Release Form (680-001_AB) Section A and B are required for this camp and other weekend campout. The Signed Activity Consent Form is linked below and required for all overnight/outdoor Scout Activities.

Summer Camp June 2026, Camp Hale, Talihina, Ok 74571

Sumer Camp is at Camp Hale from June 14-20, 2026.

Hale Scout Reservation is a summer camp in Oklahoma for the Boy Scouts, offering rugged outdoor experiences in the Winding Stair Mountains, while the original Camp Hale in Colorado was a 1940s military training ground for the 10th Mountain Division and is now a historic recreational area. The Oklahoma camp, known as the Hale Scout Reservation, is a 620-acre site with programs like adventure tracks, high adventure, and traditional activities on Lake Bohannon Chapman.

Location: 620-acre camp in the Winding Stair Mountains of southeastern Oklahoma.

Activities: Offers rugged outdoor challenges, high adventure, and traditional camp activities like swimming, boating, fishing, and arts & crafts.

Facilities: Includes an Aquatic Center on Lake Bohannon Chapman with activities like the Iceberg, Wet Willy, and the Blob, as well as an air-conditioned dining hall.

Programs: Features adventure tracks for different skill levels, with Adventure 101 teaching basic outdoor skills and safety.

Experience: Known for providing one of the best summer camp experiences in the nation, attracting over 4,000 Scouts and leaders each summer.
