Step 1 - Transfer Online:

Join Troop 911 as a Transfer or a New Scout by following the link below. You will need to register with my.scouting.org, but if you already have a ScoutBook.com account then use that to login.

Step 2 - Pay New Member Fees:

When Troop 911 received your Scout at a Webelos Crossover, your Scout was given a Troop Handkerchief, BSA Slide and Epaulets. When he comes to the first meeting he will receive the BSA Scout Handbook. These are all covered by the New Member Fees. You can pay for these in person at a meeting or online at the link below:

Step 3 - Get Connected:

Join the Troop 911 Discussion Forum to stay connected and receive all the announcements about troop activities and events. Once you join the group and are approved by the moderator, all messages sent to the group about Troop 911 activities will be sent to your e-mail address, and will also be posted to the discussion group site.

Until then, you can always check the Troop 911 Calendar for a schedule of upcoming events.

Step 4 - Complete Required Forms:

In addition to the member application form, there are a few other pieces of information that we need. Complete the following forms, which are posted at the bottom of the page:

  • Medical Form for each adult and youth member

    • Media Release Form for each adult and youth member

    • Troop Resource Survey for each parent connected to the troop

Step 5 - New Member Orientation:

Troop 911 conducts periodic new member orientation. Contact the troop's Adult Training Coordinator to sign up.

Step 6 - Troop Information:

Review the documents below for detailed information about how the troop works. The "By-Laws" and the "Boy Led Troop" documents are especially helpful in learning how the troop is operated.
